Cary Open Data Day: Survey Results

Cary, N.C. – Thanks to everyone who participated in Cary Open Data Day on February 23, 2013! We surveyed attendees after the event and here are the results.

Survey Results

30 people out of 70 total participants answered the survey. Overall, the results of the survey were very positive – 87% said they’d come again next year. Another 10% said maybe. That’s 97%.

Only 31% hacked something. 48% liked the networking best. Another 38% preferred the workshops. Only 14% said hacking was their favorite part of Open Data Day.

Here are some highlights of the results, presented as an infographic. At the bottom, you’ll find links to download the full data sets for your viewing (or hacking) pleasure. Let us know if you come up with any interesting visualizations!
